The price is very affordable compared to other options.
When I arrived at night (11:20 PM), nobody was expecting me and after 12 hours of flight I had to wait for someone from the hotel to approach the hotel to give us the key to the room. When the person in charge arrived, he told me they weren't expecting me because I hadn't responded to the WApp they sent me that morning (the reservation was 2 months old....). I also had to send additional documentation to accept my reservation, not enough with my credit card details.

attention of the personnel from. security and reservation all very affable, with regard to the price and quality is considerable the hygiene is paramount and tapeworm.
The bathroom lock was broken, the reading of the electricity meter runs very fast at least in room C10 which touched me not the rest. Since it lasts a short time and use electricity at a minimum.

Excellent location, the residential has a nice patio with swimming pool.
Beds could be more comfortable.

The atmosphere of the place is pleasant and quiet. Vladimir was very kind and attentive. The room was just like the published photographs. Overall, it met our expectations.
Nearby is a bar-restaurant that makes a little noise, was manageable given that they closed at midnight, additional in one of the apt an air was damaged and noise was a little annoying.

Very nice and friendly staff. Large room with a comfortable bed. Balcony with beautiful views. We are happy.
